What are the payment terms?

The expected payment terms are as follows:

  • 30% upon booking confirmation and 70% at least 30 days before the departure date;

Bookings made within 30 days of the start of the stay must be paid in full at the time of booking. Bookings made from 0 to 3 working days before the start of the stay (considering a 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday) must be paid with a Credit Card or Prepaid Card. Some special offers may have different payment terms.

 

How can I make the payment?

There are several payment methods available: Credit Card and Bank Transfer. The choice of payment method may vary depending on the time between the booking request and the departure date.

 

How should I communicate the payment?

Once you have made the payment, please inform us via email at the following address: contabilita@italianavacanze.it

 

When do I have to pay?

The payment must be made by the deadlines indicated in the Payment Option email.

 

Can I pay the balance on-site?

No, the balance of the stay is always due in advance. Only on-site costs, if applicable, need to be settled at the property.

 

Is it possible to extend the scheduled balance due date?

Out of respect for the contractual obligations we have with our suppliers, it is essential to adhere to the balance due date. However, if necessary, you can request an extension of the Payment Option deadline by calling our Customer Assistance service, subject to availability.

 

What happens if I don't pay by the due date?

If, unfortunately, you have not been able to pay by the due date, we recommend contacting our Customer Assistance before proceeding with the payment. According to the general conditions, failure to meet the deadlines will result in the cancellation of the booking, with the consequent application of penalties as provided in Article 14.

 

Where can I find the IBAN for payment?

The IBAN and all the related information on how to make the payment are available in the confirmation email sent at the time of booking.

 

What is CRO?

CRO stands for Codice Riferimento Operazione (Operation Reference Code), which identifies bank transfers and consists of 11 digits.

 

What is TRN?

TRN stands for Transaction Reference Number, an alphanumeric code of 30 digits that identifies bank transfers made within the European Union.

 

Can I make payments in installments?

No, it is not possible at the moment, but we are in the process of implementing this option.

 

When and where will I receive the refund?

If you are entitled to a refund, you will receive it within 1-15 working days. If you used a Credit Card at the time of booking, the refund will be credited back to the same card. Alternatively, please provide us with the necessary details for the refund by writing to contabilita@italianavacanze.it
