How can I file a complaint?

If you need to file a complaint, remember to notify us promptly. You can do so by sending an email to the address italianavacanzesrl@pec.it, to the PEC address italianavacanze@pec.it, or by sending a registered letter to our Legal Office at Via Agave 2, 87027 Paola (CS) - Italy

 

What happens if I encounter a service issue?

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, but don't worry! To report any kind of problem, simply send an email to our address assistenza@italianavacanze.it or contact our Customer Support by phone.

 

What happens if the facility doesn't find my reservation?

Instances where this happens are very rare, but if it does occur, there's no need to worry! Just contact and inform our Customer Support, who will promptly handle the inconvenience.

 

Why was my reservation not confirmed?

It's possible that a reservation request was not confirmed. The reasons can vary, from a sudden communication of sales closure by the supplier to force majeure circumstances, or there could have been a change in rates as well.

 

Why is a solution not available even though it shows online?

The actual availability of the chosen solution is verified and communicated in real-time. However, the online portal is updated at regular intervals. Therefore, a solution that appears online may not actually be available for a brief period of time.
