Once your travel documents are ready, we will send them to you via email at the address provided during the booking phase. Additionally, you can also access and view your travel documents in the Documents section of your Customer Area.

You will receive your travel documents, including vouchers, within 24 hours of departure. If you make a booking close to the departure date, these timelines may vary.
Prior to departure, in addition to the vouchers to present at the accommodations and any boarding passes for transport by ship and/or plane, remember to bring a valid identification document for each participant, including minors.
