Can I modify my booking?

Modifying your booking is possible! If your booking has already been confirmed, you can request the modification by writing to the following email address: prenotazioni@italianavacanze.it. If, instead, the booking has not been confirmed yet, the modification can be requested, subject to availability, by contacting our Customer Support. Please remember that modifications can be requested up to 4 working days before the start date of your stay. The terms for requesting a modification after confirmation are referred to in Art. 8 of the General Conditions.

 

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, it is possible to cancel a confirmed booking. To proceed, you need to submit the request via email to the following address: prenotazioni@italianavacanze.it. The cancellation can be requested according to the terms of the Withdrawal specified in Art. 14 of the General Conditions.

 

How can I add a service after confirmation?

If you wish to add a service to your booking, you can request it via email by writing to the following address: prenotazioni@italianavacanze.it. However, please note that the addition is subject to availability and reconfirmation.

 

What should I do if I forgot to include a participant?

If you have forgotten to include a participant, please send us an email as soon as possible to the following address: prenotazioni@italianavacanze.it. We will immediately proceed to process the modification, which can be made subject to availability.
