Beach and shuttle service from 04/6 to 16/9: 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds per apartment, from the 3rd row at the equipped private lido, 500 meters away and reachable on foot or by shuttle, with a mandatory supplement of € 100 from 04/06 to 01/07 and from 03/09 to 16/09, € 150 from 02/07 to 29/07, € 200 from 30/07 to 03/09. Free beach 400 meters within walking distance, always available.
Tourist tax (from 1/5 to 30/9) € 2 per person for max 7 nights (from 16 to 69 years) not included.

The apartments, on the ground floor or on the first floor, are made with a high degree of finishing. Perfectly furnished, they are all equipped with bathroom with shower, satellite TV, telephone, independent air conditioning, equipped kitchen (also with fridge and electric oven or microwave), equipped covered veranda; some with 2nd outdoor shower and private safe.
- Three-room AM/CM 3/6 beds: (ground floor/first floor) living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bedroom with double sofa bed or bunk bed and covered veranda equipped for eating outside as well. (maximum occupancy 6 people including infants)
- Four-room apartment B/D 4/6 beds: (first floor) living room with kitchenette, double bedroom and 2 bedrooms with double sofa bed or bunk bed and covered veranda equipped for eating outside as well. (maximum occupancy 6 people including infants).

The village consists of two parts connected by a pedestrian underpass. In Section A there is a swimming pool for adults with Jacuzzi and a children's pool, the bar, the "Alba Radiosa" restaurant reserved for guests staying in hotel formula, the amphitheater, a self-service laundry, 2 tennis courts, playground, soccer and outdoor gym. In Section B there is the reception, supermarket, newsagent-gifts, boutiques, multimedia game rooms, 8 bowling lanes, medical center, "Il Corallo" restaurant-pizzeria (à la carte), the "Batà" music bar overlooking on the swimming pool with 2 pools (adults and children) and solarium. Free wifi. Usability of services may vary. The club card includes: welcome cocktail, internet traffic, use of the swimming pools with umbrellas and deck chairs subject to availability, playground, outdoor gym, daytime use of the tennis and soccer fields by reservation. From 28/5 to 17/9 it also includes daytime and evening entertainment with games and sports tournaments, piano-bar, cabaret, shows, dancing and disco evenings in compliance with current legislation; Mini Club 3/7 years, Junior Club 8/12 years, Teen Club 13/19 years with activities and specialized personnel, at set times. For a fee on the spot: bowling, use of the tennis and five-a-side sports fields from 6.30pm. Guided excursions. Go karting, horse riding, diving and diving center nearby. BEACH: The structure is 300 meters from the sea. At 500 meters, reachable on foot or by shuttle, the equipped beach reserved for guests of the village, with a compulsory supplement as per the price list. Starting from 1000 meters. the equipped beaches (not affiliated) of Punta Prosciutto and Padula Fede.

Small pets allowed (>10kg) only in some apartments with enclosed garden, located in Section B of the village (always proceed on request for availability). These apartments can only be rented in residence formula, with overnight stay only and free use of the à la carte restaurant and pizzeria. However, pets will not be allowed in the common areas of the village, but will have a fenced area where they can move. Local supplement € 35.00 per week.
