210 rooms located in three essential parts: the Villette Zone, Oasis Zone and Service Zone. Rooms: Comfort and Family Room, All rooms have outdoor patio balcony or small terrace equipped with air conditioning, mini-fridge, flat-screen TV, telephone, hair dryer and safe. Free Wi-Fi available both in the room and in the lobby at the Service Area. 

Maritalia is divided into 3 zones: the Oasis Zone is the most dynamic part of the village where all sports activities take place, near this zone are the swimming pools, the amphitheater the sports facilities and the "Oasis" Bar; the Service Area where the Hall, Reception, the Bottle Room, the "Elaia" Spa, the "Rosa dei Venti" Restaurant and externally the "Anfora" Bar are located; the VIllette Zone consists of characteristic two-story Moorish-style buildings interconnected by pathways with dense climbing and shading vegetation. 3 freshwater swimming pools totaling about 1,000 sq. m.: a regulation 25 x 12.5-meter pool with 5 lanes, a children's pool, and a large circular pool with a small palm garden in the center for guests to relax in. Small "Fort" for Mini Club children with a pool reserved for them. Behind the pools is a large amphitheater for daytime and evening activities. Completing the Oasis area are the F.I.T.-compliant tennis court and synthetic turf soccer field illuminated with floodlights, also a space reserved for archery. The operation of various services (shows, sports equipment and activities, swimming pools and beach service) is subject to weather conditions. Animation is Maritalia's strong point. Particularly intense with proposals for the most pronounced needs for protagonism, but also discreet and respectful for those who wish to find privacy and tranquility. The mini club is for children aged 4 to 9 years old while the junior club is for children aged 10 to 16 years old. Club card for a mandatory fee. Entitles the following services: Complimentary WI-FI in the lobby, use of swimming pools, use of sports fields and sports equipment (during times outside of activities organized by the animation team), to the baby bottle service, beach service (one umbrella, one deck chair and one sunbed per room), participation in tournaments and group lessons, controlled but unattended indoor parking and excursion information service at the reception, animation, entertainment and evening shows, games, dances and parties. The Spa "ELAIA" is dedicated to those on vacation who want to take a break for relaxation and well-being. Offers facial and body treatments, relaxing, sports, and holistic massages, and customized wellness programs for a fee). Rooms are on average 500 meters from the sea. The bay of Peschici is accessed by means of some small roads with little traffic. It rises close to the Bay of Peschici, just a few hundred meters from a crystal clear sea. The affiliated lidos are equipped with beach umbrellas and sunbeds. Each family is assigned a beach umbrella, a deck chair and a sunbed. The sea is gently sloping with fine sandy bottom suitable for children.

The two restaurants "Rosa dei Venti" and "La Pergola" have air-conditioned rooms. At the "Rosa dei Venti" restaurant: buffet breakfast with espresso coffee in vending machines, lunch and dinner with buffet service and show-cooking, or with table service at management's discretion depending on occupancy, wine on tap, microfiltered water and unlimited soft drinks. Open bar "Oasis"(all-inclusive service from 09:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.): espresso coffee and cappuccino, including decaffeinated and barley, cappuccino with soy milk, white and macchiato milk, American coffee, tea and infusions, and non-alcoholic soft drinks. Soft drinks on tap in 20 cl glasses. Choice of: iced lemon tea, lemonade, tonic water, orange soda, and cola; fruit juices, mineral water by the glass, tasty slushies, and snacks at set times during the day. Open bar "Amphora"(open only at certain times at set times) : espresso and cappuccino, including decaffeinated and barley, cappuccino with soy milk, white and macchiato milk, tea and infusions.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner with buffet service and show-cooking, or with table service depending on occupancy and at Management's discretion. Bottle shop, near the dining room, open from 08:00 to 23:00. At lunch and dinner times provided the basic foods (vegetable broth, noodles, tomato paste, parmesan cheese. Excludes infant formula, baby food, cookies and anything not indicated) and equipped with kitchenette with induction plate and microwave oven.
Full All-Inclusive (optional supplement for adults only) Open bar "Oasis" (all-inclusive service from 09:30 to 23:00): in addition to what is included in the all-inclusive treatment, the formula includes: cream coffee, coffee corrections (grappa and sambuca) tea and infusions, beer, white and red wine, local bitters, limoncello, white grappa, cocktails and aperitifs included in the Full all-inclusive list. Super spirits (brandies, liqueurs and sparkling wines) defined as special on the bar list are excluded. Super alcohol consumption has a limit in the daily amount of No. 5 servings per person detectable in the personal money card.
