Beach and shuttle service from 04/6 to 16/9: 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds per apartment, from the 3rd row at the equipped private lido, 500 meters away and reachable on foot or by shuttle, with a mandatory supplement of € 100 from 04/ 06 to 01/07 and from 03/09 to 16/09, €150 from 02/07 to 29/07, €200 from 30/07 to 03/09.

The apartments, on the ground floor or on the first floor, are made with a high degree of finishing. Perfectly furnished, they are all equipped with bathroom with shower, satellite TV, telephone, independent air conditioning, equipped kitchen (also with fridge and microwave oven), equipped covered veranda; some with 2nd outdoor shower and private safe. Daily tidying up of the room with change of towels. Apartments intended for stay in hotel formula:
- Family Room 2/3 places on the first floor (35 m2): it was born as a studio apartment, but with the furniture it was possible to create two separate rooms. It is located in Section A of the village and consists of a living room with kitchenette equipped with mini fridge, 2 electric hobs and microwave oven, color TV, double sofa bed with orthopedic mattresses, double bedroom, telephone and private safe; bathroom with shower box and hair dryer; two verandas, one of which is equipped for eating outside and the other equipped with a clothesline.
- Type E two- room apartment sleeping 2/4 on the ground floor (45 m2) is located in Section A of the village and consists of a living room with kitchenette equipped with mini fridge, 2 electric hobs and microwave oven, color TV, double sofa bed and wardrobe bed with orthopedic mattresses, double bedroom, telephone and private safe; bathroom with shower box and hair dryer; a pleasant veranda equipped for eating outside and a second veranda equipped with an external shower and clothes horse.

The village consists of two parts connected by a pedestrian underpass. In Section A there is a swimming pool for adults with Jacuzzi and a children's pool, the bar, the "AlbaRadiosa" restaurant reserved for guests staying in hotel formula, the amphitheater, a self-service laundry, 2 tennis courts, a park games, soccer and outdoor gym. In Section B there is the reception, supermarket, newsagents-gifts, boutiques, multimedia game rooms, 8 bowling lanes, medical center, the "Il Corallo" restaurant-pizzeria (à la carte), the "Batà" music bar overlooks the swimming pool with 2 pools (adults and children) and solarium. Free wifi. Usability of services may vary. The Club Card includes: welcome cocktail, internet traffic, use of the swimming pools with umbrellas and deck chairs subject to availability, playground, outdoor gym, daytime use of the tennis and soccer fields by reservation. From 28/5 to 17/9 it also includes daytime and evening entertainment with games and sports tournaments, piano bar, cabaret, shows, dancing and disco evenings in compliance with current legislation; Mini Club 3/7 years, Junior Club 8/12 years, Teen Club 13/19 years with activities and specialized personnel, at set times. For a fee on the spot: bowling, use of the tennis and five-a-side sports fields from 6.30pm. Guided excursions. Go karting, horse riding, diving and diving center nearby. The structure is 300 meters from the sea. At 500 meters, reachable on foot or by shuttle, the equipped beach reserved for guests of the village, with a compulsory supplement as per the price list. Starting from 1000 meters. the equipped beaches (not affiliated) of Punta Prosciutto and Padula Fede.

“Alba Radiosa” is the restaurant reserved for guests of the Formula Hotel with buffet service. It has a large, very pleasant and comfortable, air-conditioned room with bar and information point. In the morning a rich breakfast buffet awaits you with lots of homemade desserts, fruit, cheeses, cold cuts, typical Apulian products and much more. For lunch and dinner, the restaurant, which specializes in Italian cuisine, offers a buffet of different varieties of land or sea dishes, but also vegetarian. There will be evenings dedicated to typical Salento cuisine, tasting of local wines and evenings with international cuisine.
