• MANDATORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
  Club Card: valid from 04/06 to 10/09, € 49 per person per week (children 0-3 years n.c. excluded).
  Beach service: €70 per week per room\apartment per week (includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds from the 4th row) from 28/05 to 17/09.
  Consumption package: € 35 per person per week children 0-3 years n.c. excluded (includes electricity, water, gas, initial supply of bed linen).
  Final cleaning: €65 per apartment, excluding cleaning of the kitchenette and crockery (to be done by the customer, or a further charge of €26).
  Apartment deposit: € 50 to be paid at check-in; the deposit will be returned at check-out, after checking the premises.
  Tourist tax: according to municipal legislation
  OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
  Umbrella supplement: 1st row € 60 per room per week; 2nd row € 40 per room per week; 3rd row € 20 per room per week except for the period from 06/08 to 27/08 1st row € 100 per room per week; 2nd row € 60 per room per week; 3rd row € 40) (service on request according to availability).
  Additional bed linen change: double bed € 10 - single bed € 5 Bathroom linen (not provided): € 10 per person (three towels).
  Cradle: €50 per week on request.
  Pets: small pets allowed, excluding common areas, with a supplement of €50 for final disinfestation.
  Meal agreement: Adult per pax € 16.50 period A; € 20 period B and C; € 25 period D; child 4-12 years n.c. per person € 12.50 period A; € 15 period B and C; € 20 period D; child 0-3 years n.c. Free. It is possible to request weekly conventions.
